My own journey through food sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, low energy, brain fog, and bronchial and digestive issues is what led me to create Food Marshall — a farm-to-table, private chef service built around nutrient-dense, local, and seasonal meals customized to each client's health needs. In Sanskrit, 'anna' means nourishment — no wonder I'm drawn to cooking, nutrition, and feeding others!
But while food was my starting point for reclaiming my health, I knew it wasn't the whole picture. True health meant looking at every factor in my environment — internal and external. That understanding led me to develop Health Marshall — a wellness practice that goes beyond food to address the root causes of chronic health issues, including light environment, circadian rhythm, movement, mindset, sleep, nervous system regulation, electromagnetic fields, and air quality. Health Marshall brings it all under one roof — private chef services for retreats and events, one-on-one health coaching, educational content, a curated wellness library of recommended health products, trusted lifestyle practices, and recipes, with books and guides on the way. Because optimal wellness doesn't come from one intervention — it comes from realigning with the rhythms we were designed to live by.
educational background & EXPERIENCE
My educational background spans Nutrition, Quantum and Circadian Biology, Public Health, Exercise Physiology, and Human Biomechanics. I'm a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Quantum Biology Practitioner, Certified Health Coach, and Root Cause Practitioner, with additional training in Functional Patterns and Ayurveda.
My work lives at the intersection of ancestral seasonal cooking, chronobiology, and deep nutritional science. I specialize in circadian and infradian rhythms, hormones and fertility, gut microbiome health, detoxification, and mitochondrial function. I'm also deeply drawn to heliotherapy — the practice of using light as medicine — and farming as a way to stay rooted in the source of what nourishes us.
The answers we're looking for aren't locked behind the next supplement or protocol. They're written into the light cycles, the harvests, and the biology humans have evolved with over millennia.
I work one-on-one with clients, lead group nutrition and lifestyle programs for those navigating chronic health challenges, host private dinner parties, and cook at wellness retreats. Whether I'm in the kitchen, the garden, or sitting across from you building a plan — my philosophy always comes back to the same thing: return to nature, observe nature, and trust the body's intuition.

I'm not here to sell you a cabinet full of supplements or send you through rounds of diagnostic testing. I'm here to guide you back to nature. We have an incredible, innate capacity to heal and regenerate when we sync up with the rhythms of the natural world.
